All our clients are supported through the different project stages starting with your ideas to create a concept which is then brought to life through 2D and 3D(optional) planning leading to actual construction of the project finally ending with handover whilst ensuring industry best practices are strictly adhered to.


After a number of years working as draftsmen, qualified carpenters and as domestic builders we are able to draw from both carpentry and drafting experience simultaneously to generate business and an exceptional value for money service to our clients.

Poles-A-Part offers a range of services relative to the renovation and extension of a domestic property. The level of required services can be manipulated and altered at any point depending on the clients requirements.



Design drafting services including:


  • Extension plans.
  • Alteration plans.
  • New home plans.
  • Single or multiple storey designs.
  • Initial concept design.
  • Town planning applications if required.
  • Liason with other professionals, Architects, Engineer etc.
  • Final 2D working drawing preparation including elevations sections etc.
  • Obtain any necessary structural engineering documents.
  • Obtain soil test and associated report.
  • Energy efficient building analysis and preparation of energy report.
  • Submission of plans to relevant bodies to obtain permits.


If you already have plans prepared or are working with an architect we would be more than happy to provide a quotation for the proposed works from your documents.
